Broccoli & Gruyere Quiche

6 Large Eggs
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
Salt
Pepper
Dash of Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Gruyere (Can also use Swiss)
1 Frozen Deep Dish Pre Made Pie Crust
2 cups Broccoli Florets (Or any other vegetable you like) (Spinach, Shredded Brussels Sprouts)
1 large Shallot Chopped
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
- WHISK Together- Eggs, Cream , Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg SET ASIDE
- Sauté till tender- Broccoli and Shallots in some olive oil and add some chopped garlic
- Pour broccoli sauté in to the bottom of the pie crust
- Top with shredded cheese
- Pour over the egg mixture till shell is full but not too full
- Make sure you have your quiche on a foil lined baking sheet
- BAKE for 45 minutes (If it is getting too brown just cover with foil until quiche is firm to touch.
