Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

  • 14-Day Return Window
    You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility for Returns
    Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return:

    • In the same condition as received.
    • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We highly recommend adding the $1 return label at checkout for convenience.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

In store purchases can not use this online system.  Please contact us if you need to mail your return back to us.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.


Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
