- Once your package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier handles all delivery updates and timelines.
- We do not have additional information beyond what is available through the tracking link.
- While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as weather or carrier delays are beyond our control.
Need Assistance?
If you have questions or concerns about your delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office or UPS directly for the most accurate updates. After two weeks we can report your package lost, at that time please reach out to us.
